5. How the Team may use your information

5.1. The Team may conduct research on their online educational programme. Accordingly, your activities on the Site may be used for this purpose. Any data we use for this purpose will be anonymised.

5.2. Our online content may also embed links which take you to a third party website. If you are asked to submit personal information on any third party websites, the collection of that information will not be covered by this Privacy Policy and you must familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party website before submitting your information. At no time will you be required to submit any information on third party websites as a condition for continuing to access online content on the Site, and your decision not to provide information on third party websites will never affect your progress on the Site.

6.1. All information is stored on our secure servers. When you register, we will ask you to choose a password which enables you to access the Site. You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share this password with anyone.

When you are no longer a registered user of the Site, we will either delete or anonymise any data related to you. If this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
